Where are you based, and do you ship internationally?
Se7en.Lifestyle began in London. We offer both UK and international shipping. UK orders for in-stock items are processed within 1-2 business days, with delivery typically taking 3-5 business days. -
What if an item is out of stock?
We keep our collection intentionally small to ensure quality. If a lamp is unavailable, it may be restocking soon—please contact us for updates on pre-orders. -
What is your return policy for damaged items?
If your lamp arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days. We will arrange a return or exchange. We cover return shipping for quality issues; however, return costs for personal reasons (change of mind) are the customer's responsibility.
